Partial outage (VMware Falkenberg)

We have re-enabled management operations for VMware VMs in Falkenberg.

We are still working on restoring functionality for the set of previously impacted VMs.

We have been troubleshooting the issue with the vendor and it's isolated to a specific set of VMs. No other VMs are currently at risk.
