The node was back online at about 20:00 CET. We've swapped the faulty components and are monitoring the node closely. All affected customers are notified via email that there was a disturbance in their service. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We've found a hardware problem on the affected node preventing it from completing POST, trying to resolve the issue.
We have an offline OpenVZ node in Falkengerg, a small number of customers are unable to reach their servers. We've started to restore from backups while we try to get the node back online.
