Loss of power in OUL8 (Oulu)

We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.

Power at our OUL8 facility was lost at 12:51 EEST and restored at 13:57 EEST. The cause was a fault in the local power grid affecting a larger part of the city.

A technician is on his way to the site to check the equipment. We will post another update once the inspection is complete.

We are currently investigating a loss of utility power affecting the power feed in Oulu.

There is no service impact, the datacenter is running on generator power.

We are working on identifying the cause.
