Network Maintenance

On Wednesday, 14 May 2025, from 00:00 to 03:00 EEST, we will perform two sequential software upgrades to our Oulu core routers. The routers will be upgraded one after the other, with each rebooting once per upgrade cycle.
Because the two devices provide mutual redundancy, dual-homed services are expected to remain online throughout; only a small number of single-homed customers may see brief interruptions while their primary router restarts.
Each upgrade will take about 30 minutes, with a three-hour window for post-upgrade testing and unexpected issues. Thank you for your patience as we enhance our core network's capabilities.
