Ele15 DC Cooling issue (continued)
Condensation water over water leak sensor caused the cold water flow to stop as per automation system. System has now been reconfigured in a way that similar event is not possible anymore.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
Issue reoccurred. Night time duty officer on site for over an hour unable to resolve the issue and unable to escalate.
Situation has stabilized. We will keep monitoring the situation closely, but will close this incident about the issue for now.

One cooling unit in Ele15 failed. Maintenance crew is already working on the issue. Redundant cooling units are keeping the DC cooled currently. We are monitoring the issue and will update once the failed unit is back online.
