Citrix ADC did not handle login requests properly
Citrix ADC HA pairs were updated to newest build on 16th of June 2022. On 17th of June 2022 a handful of users reported they were unable to complete login procedure on Citrix ADC hosted sites. We were able to pin down the root cause to an undocumented bug in the newest Citrix ADC build and implemented a workaround for the issue. In total this incident actively hindered login procedures for six hours from around 6:00AM to 12:00PM.
