Planned maintenance of VMware management platform (Stockholm)

The rollback is now complete and the management platform is operational again.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused during this extended maintenance window.

Note: This only affects the management system. No customer data or disruption on the workloads is to be expected. The platform will be in maintenance mode in GleSYS Cloud until the issue is resolved, please contact support@glesys.se if you need urgent assistance.

We are forced to roll back the planned update.

During the update process multiple services in the management system failed to update correctly, we have been in contact with the vendor to try to fix forward but without any luck.

We are currently restoring the services from backup.

The scheduled maintenance is taking a bit longer than expected to complete. We will provide an update around 07:30 CEST with an updated estimated time of completion.

We will be performing maintenance on the VMware management platform in our Stockholm datacenter.

No service impact is expected, however you will be unable to perform management operations (create / delete / power-on/off, open console, etc) during the short maintenance window.

The maintenance is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 20th August, 2019 between 06:00-07:00 CEST.
